Matgri LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built the Baby Dreams app to provide streaming services for parents and caregivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our app.

If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use our app.

Depending on how you use our Platform and Services, we may collect the following types of information:

a. Personal and Login Information

• Email address, name, age, gender, password (if you sign in)
• Authentication credentials (through Firebase Authentication)

b. Device Information and Usage Data

• Device model, OS version, time zone, IP address, language settings
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, depending on your device settings and permissions)
• Interactions within the app, time and duration of use
• App events (such as app installs, subscription starts, and other in-app actions) used to measure advertising campaign performance

c. Crash Reports and Diagnostics

• Information about errors and crashes
• Logs and performance data

d. Generic User Data

• Anonymized analytics about how you use the app
• Aggregated statistics for app improvement

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our app

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, if we or our advertising partners intend to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies (for example, to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns), we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before doing so.

You can allow or deny this request when prompted, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. If you deny or later disable tracking permission, we and our partners will not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking purposes, though we may still collect limited data needed for basic app functionality and aggregated analytics.

8. Children's Privacy

Baby Dreams does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Our advertising and analytics tools are configured to collect information about the app user (the parent or caregiver operating the device), not the child. If you believe that your child has provided personal data without your consent, please contact us so we can delete that information.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and/or on our website. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
